Spend Your Time Wisely.  Most of the time we feel overwhelmed because we are too busy investing major time into minor things that produce little result.  Prioritize your daily living by keeping a calendar and use critical thinking when committing to a new project.  It is okay to say NO, especially if it will preserve your time to focus on positive life changes!
  2. Keep A Journal.  Sometimes we move so fast that we cannot remember what we ate for dinner yesterday.  Keeping a journal promotes self-dialogue and provides a sense of release about internal triumphs and disappointments.  It will help you to articulate your inner-most thoughts and keep you astute about problem-solving.
  3. Rest.  Don't ever feel guilty about taking a nap or getting a good night's sleep.  Rest is essential to your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.  It restores your energy and maintains your health. 
  4. Build & Maintain Healthy Relationships.  The people in your "circle" can be the source of your success or demise.  Reevalute and renew the people in your space.  Make sure that they love your life as much as you do and have your better interest as their priority.  Toxic people can can plague your success and diminish your self-worth. 
  5. Clean Your House!  Clutter can distract, destroy and diminish your potential to succeed.  An unkept space can cause confusion and procrastination for you starting a new project, exercise program or renovation.  The better you feel about your environment, the better you will feel about YOU!
